Product Manager

On our way to becoming a true product-driven company, we are looking for a Product Manager, who will be a part of a team responsible for creating exceptional customer service and customer education experience and creating new standards in this area. 

In your role as a Product Manager, you will do your best to understand your users, own lead conversion, analyze metrics, diagnose impactful projects, collaborate on feature delivery, engage with clients, and deliver business value every sprint.

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • take all possible actions to understand your users
  • take ownership over conversion (turning incoming leads into customers) 
  • analyze the key metrics (CVR, mCVRs, MAU, LTV, NPS) to comprehend their underlying factors, and test strategies to influence them
  • seek mechanisms and tools to achieve the goals
  • diagnose which projects have real impact and which do not 
  • delivering features with the technical team, and checking their effectiveness
  • conduct surveys, shadow customer support, accompany sales representatives to sales meetings - do everything you need to understand clients better
  • deliver business value in every 2-week sprint

Our requirements:

  • +3 years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS product company
  • proficiency in conducting client interviews
  • experience in working with metrics such as CVR, mCVRs, MAU, LTV, NPS
  • very good command of English

  • Competitive salary:
    • 20 000 PLN net (invoice value) on B2B Contract, or
    • 16 500 PLN  gross on UoP

depending on skill and experience
